Golf Solitaire: how a round works

Begin with the objective. Remove all 35 tableau cards. Select cards directly on the tableau and work through a full solo deal. Check the relevant controls before continuing. For a calm first round, focus on one decision. Take an exposed bottom card one rank above or below the waste top, allowing ace–king wrapping. The same rule applies on a phone and on a computer.

Seven columns of five, one stock pass. Free solo play, no wagering.

Give this approach a try

Before making a move, check the cards in view. Tap exposed cards that satisfy the removal rule shown above. Return to the explanation when a decision is unclear.

One detail worth checking

Treat this as a chance to practise one rule. Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Use another round to revisit a decision.
